This Week’s Challenge: Drink 64 ounces of water a day this week
There are many health benefits of drinking the suggested amount of water, yet very few of us actually do it. If you’re not a water drinker, up your intake of water through fruits such as watermelon that are mostly water if need be. Do your best to build up to the suggested amount of 64oz a day by the end of the week if doing it right away is not a feasible task for you. Drinking enough water a day can help you feel full longer so it’s like you’re killing two birds with one stone this week. ;]
MY RECAP FROM LAST WEEK: Most days I ate more fruits and veggies than I used to and definitely didn’t hate it. There were some days where I didn’t eat the recommended amount for myself, but I still ate some each day. I think I’ll continue this challenge for a while because I love it when I eat healthy and exercise – I always feel so positive about myself and life in general when I’m doing what’s right for my body.
