One of the things I’ve committed to doing because of yesterday’s post is spending more time outside. There’s something about being under the sun and standing in a cool breeze that makes me yearn for the Spring and Summer months every month through our cold Winter. Now that it’s finally here, I’m making sure I get to enjoy it and what better way than to gain a green thumb? I’m pretty sure both of my are black as I kill everything we try to grow except for weeds.

We’ll be growing some of our own food and buying more from the local Farmers through a CSA (more on that later) this summer so when I was given the opportunity to partner up with All About Gifts and Baskets to offer one lucky winner their choice of a Gardening Basket, I was all over it!
